On 08/25/2019 at approximately 1919 hours, a Deputy with the Worth County Sheriff's Office conducted at traffic stop on a 2013 Chevy Equinox for parking in a police parking only spot. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the driver, 36 year old Steven Yanney of Northwood, was operating while intoxicated. Yanney was taken into custody and charged with Operating While Intoxicated, 2nd Offense. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
