On Monday December 4, 2017 the Worth County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of suspicious activity in the parking lot at the Diamond Jo Casino. The responding deputy identified the subject in question as Jacob Whitehurst of Mason City. Upon further investigation Whitehurst was placed under arrest and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of a no contact order. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
