Weber/Book Arrest

On 04/13/2017 at 0053 hours a Worth County Deputy met a vehicle traveling south on the 5000 block of Killdeer Avenue. The Deputy turned around to follow the vehicle. The vehicle turned west on 500th St. The vehicle pulled into a long field drive posted with a no trespassing sign and shut off its headlights. The driver identified as Dustin James Weber of Gordonsville Minnesota was arrested for Driving without a Valid License. The passenger identified as Theresa Mae Book of Glenville Minnesota was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 2nd Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance Methamphetamine 1st Offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
