Vehicle Rollover

On 9/1/2018 at approximately 7:07pm the Worth County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call of a single vehicle rollover near the intersection of Dogwood Avenue and 475th St. The vehicle had swerved to avoid hitting a deer and lost control of the vehicle which resulted in the vehicle rolling over in the ditch. There was 3 occupants in the vehicle. There was no injuries. The driver identified as Christopher Wilmoth of Leroy Minnesota did not have a valid driver’s license. Wilmoth was placed under arrest for Failure to Have a Valid License While Operating a Motor Vehicle and Failure to Maintain Control. The Worth County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Lake Mills Ambulance.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
