On 02/27/2018 at 2335 hours a Worth County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on the 4400 Block of Highway 65 for traveling 69 in a 55 mph zone. A search of the vehicle was conducted. The passenger of the vehicle identified as Trevor Alan Utzka of Pomeroy Iowa was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Offense a serious misdemeanor and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia a simple misdemeanor. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
