Two Vehicle Accident

On 11/28/2017 at 3:40pm the Worth County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call of a 2 vehicle accident near 4200blk of Yarrow Avenue. After further investigation Marlin Rosenberg of St. Ansgar had pulled out of a driveway onto Yarrow Ave. Tamara Schuttler was south bound on Yarrow Ave and struck Rosenbergs trailer that he was pulling with his vehicle. Schuttler’s vehicle ended up going into the west ditch. Both involved declined medical treatment. Rosenberg was cited for fail to yield the right of way when entering a highway. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
