Thrush Avenue 340th Motor Vehicle Accident
On June 19th 2018 the Worth County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 report of a 2 vehicle accident with possible injuries. When deputies arrived on scene it was found that both vehicles involved were traveling northbound on Thrush Ave. just north of 340th St. vehicle one driven by Lacy K. Clayton 29 of Osage was passing vehicle 2 driven by Jacqueline C Dalluge 23 of Grafton and lost control hitting Dalluge’s vehicle on the driver’s side. Clayton’s vehicle came to rest in the west ditch. There were no injuries reported at the time of the accident. Clayton is being charged with Improper overtaking on the right Iowa code 321.302 which is a simple misdemeanor. The Worth County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Iowa State Patrol, Plymouth Fire and Rescue and the Mason City Ambulance.
