On July 6, 2018 at approximately 9:00 am the Worth County Sheriff’s Office received a call that a vehicle had been taken without the owner’s consent from a residence in Northwood. It was last seen in front of the residence in the 500 block of 10th St N at 6:30 am and was noticed to be gone at 7:30 am by a neighbor. The vehicle was located later on that day by the Minnesota State Patrol on I-90 east of Albert Lea. Anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office and remember to keep vehicles locked and not to leave valuables in your vehicles.
