Single Vehicle Accident/OWI

On July 7th, 2018 the Worth County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call at approximately 10:48 pm for a single vehicle in the ditch on Partridge Avenue at 340th St. When the deputy arrived he found a black Buick in the west ditch just north of 340th St. Upon further investigation Shyanne Leek, 19, of Mason City was arrested and charged with Operating While Intoxicated- 1 st offense, a serious misdemeanor. Leek was booked into the Worth County Jail on this charge. The Worth County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Dick’s Towing of Northwood.
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
