On May 26, 2019 at 12:20 am a deputy with the Worth County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle going 88 mph in a 55 mph zone. The stop occurred on Highway 9 just east of Mallard Avenue. The driver was identified as Kaleb Sellers of Iola, Kansas. Upon further investigation Sellers was placed under arrest for operating while intoxicated-1st offense. Sellers was booked into the Worth County Jail for OWI-1st, failure to have a valid license and speeding.
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
