Possession W/ Intent Meth

On 06/06/2019 at approximately 0309 hours, a Deputy with the Worth County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on a Silver 2000 GMC Terrain on Highway 105 near the intersection of Mallard Ave. The driver and single occupant of the vehicle was identified as 39 year old Kyle Dillon, of Albert Lea. As a result of the investigation, a search of the vehicle was conducted. A search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of approximately 22 grams of methamphetamine, 58 grams of marijuana, psychedelic mushrooms, several unknown pills as well as other miscellaneous liquids, substances, and drug paraphernalia that are to be sent to the state crime lab for further testing. As a result of the investigation, Dillon was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Operating While Intoxicated and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
