Poss w/intent

On 02/06/2020 at 2356 hours a Worth County Deputy was dispatched to a vehicle in the ditch on 510th Street west of Cardinal Avenue. The Deputy arrived and spoke with the two occupants. The driver was identified as Imer Feliciano Torres Manzano of Albert Lea Minnesota. The passenger was identified as Carissa Tariel Possehl of Albert Lea Minnesota. While speaking with them the Deputy observed a marijuana pipe lying next to the front passenger tire. A search of the vehicle was conducted. Cocaine, marijuana, scales, baggies, cash, and other items consistent with narcotic sales were recovered. Both individuals were arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute-Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Distribute-Marijuana, Failure to Affix Drug Tax stamp, and Drug Paraphernalia. Torres Manzano was also charged with No Driver’s License.

All individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
