Pearce Arrest

On 7/29/2017 at 0131 hours the Worth County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call of a highly intoxicated male sitting in a vehicle on Raven Avenue and Highway 9. A Worth County Deputy arrived on-scene to find Craig Allen Lewis Pearce of Mason City Iowa. Pearce was arrested and charged with Operating While Under The Influence 1st Offense a serious misdemeanor, Open Container a simple misdemeanor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia a simple misdemeanor, and Driving While Suspended a simple misdemeanor. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
