On December 29, 2018, at 1530, a traffic stop was conducted by the Worth County Sheriff’s Office at the 4200 Block of Warbler Avenue. After further investigation the driver, Joshua John Paro, of Saint Ansgar was arrested and booked in to the Worth County Jail for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
