On 11/09/2017 at 0135 hours a Worth County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Central Avenue in Northwood Iowa. A search of the vehicle was conducted. Selena Rose Kaisinger of Cedar Falls Iowa was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Offense a serious misdemeanor and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia a simple misdemeanor. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
