I-35 Vehicle Accident

On August 23, 2017 at 10:11am the Worth County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call of a vehicle that was ran off the road by another vehicle on I-35 south bound near the 206 mile marker. Both vehicles were traveling south. The vehicle in the left lane was making a lane change to the right lane and did not see the vehicle coming up behind forcing the driver in the right lane to go in the ditch. There were no injuries. The incident is still under investigation by the Worth County Sheriff’s Office. The Worth County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Iowa Motor Vehicle Enforcement.
