On 05/24/2019 at 2340 hours a Worth County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Brian Patrick Hyde of Fertile Iowa on Eagle Avenue south of Highway 9. Hyde was arrested and charged with Operating While Under The Influence 1st Offense a serious misdemeanor. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
