On May 19, 2019 at approximately 12:19 am and deputy with the Worth County Sheriff’s Office observed a vehicle driving erratically and conducted a traffic stop at the 218 northbound mile marker on Interstate 35. The driver was identified as 48 year old Jennifer Honken of Minnesota. Upon further investigation Honken was arrested and booked into the Worth County Jail for operating while intoxicated-1st offense, a serious misdeanor.
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
