On June 30, 2019 the Worth County Sheriff’s Office took a report of an assault that occurred at the Grafton Community Center. The victim suffered three facial fractures and required six stiches to the face. On July 11, 2019, Jorden Bursell was arrested on an outstanding warrant in relation to the assault. Bursell was charged with Willful Injuring-Causing Bodily Injury, a Class D felony. Bursell was booked into the Worth County Jail and held on a $5,000 bond.
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
