Gardner/Studier Arrests

On October 13, 2018 at approximately 0340 hours a Worth County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Wheelerwood Rd and 440th St. Upon further investigation both the driver and the passenger of the vehicle were arrested on drug charges. The driver of the vehicle, Beau Gardner of Glenville, MN was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The passenger of the vehicle, Grady Studier was arrested on an out of state warrant and was also charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
