Fisher Arrest

At approximately 1:30 am on February 4, 2018 the Worth County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a possible intoxicated driver southbound on I35. A Worth County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on this vehicle on Highway 9, just off I35. The driver was identified as Nathan Fisher of Clear Lake, IA. Upon further investigation Fisher was arrested and charged with OWI-first offense and possession of a controlled substance 1st offense-marijuana. Fisher was also cited for failure to have a valid drivers license and failure to provide proof of insurance. Fisher was booked into the Worth County Jail and released on bond. The Worth County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Iowa State Patrol and Dicks Towing. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
