Deer Salvage List

The Worth County Sheriff’s Office is updating its list for individuals interested in getting killed deer along the roadway to harvest the meat. Criteria for being on the list is

1. Be able to respond in a timely manner to meet with the officer to get a salvage tag.

2. Be available for phone calls anytime during the day or night.

3. Must take entire animal.

4. Must have the ability to load the deer on arrival for removal.

5. Must provide a working phone number to dispatch for calling.

To be put on the list you can call the Worth County Sheriff’s office and talk to the dispatcher on duty at 641-324-2481.
