Casper OWI

On August 10th, 2018 shortly before 1 am a Worth County Deputy initiated a traffic stop on a motorcycle for going 107 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone. The traffic stop occurred on Highway 105 at the intersection with Bluebill Ave. The driver was identified as Thomas Casper of Franksville, Wisconsin. Upon further investigation Casper was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 1st offense. Casper was booked into the Worth County Jail for OWI-1st offense and speed. The Worth County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Lake Mills Police Department and the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office. All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
