Cabrera Arrest

At 4:50 am on Saturday December 30, 2017 the Worth County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 traffic complaint of a vehicle travelling south on I35 that was all over the road. A Worth County Deputy was able to intercept the vehicle and stopped the vehicle at the 207 south bound mile marker. Upon further investigation, the driver identified as Rosa Machuca-Cabrera of Minneapolis, MN was arrested and charged with Operating While Intoxicated- 1st offense, failure to have a valid drivers license and failure to provide proof of insurance. Machuca-Cabrera was booked into the Worth County Jail. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
