On 7/28/2017 at 0021 hours a Worth County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Jacey Taylor Anderson of Albert Lea Minnesota on Interstate 35 at the 217 northbound mile marker. Anderson was arrested and charged with Operating While Under The Influence 1st Offense a serious misdemeanor. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
