Board of Review

The Worth County Board of Review will meet on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in teh Magistrate Room at the Worth County Courthouse, Northwood, IA.

The purpose of this meeting will be to elect officers, organize this local Board of Review and to review any petitions that have been filed, if any; also to conduct any other business that may come before this board.

Public Hearing - An Ordinance Readopting the Existing County Code and all Amendments Thereto, Worth County, Iowa

The Worth County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in the Boardroom at the Worth County Courthouse, Northwood, Iowa. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment concerning proposed Worth County Ordinance No. 2023.06.12, an ordinance readopting the existing county code of ordinances.  The second and third readings will be June 5, 2023 and June 12, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.   

Questions should be directed to the Worth County Auditor at (641) 324-2316. Written comments may be submitted to Worth County Supervisors, 1000 Central Ave, Northwood, IA 50459, no later than 8:30 a.m. May 30, 2023. Copies of the proposed ordinance may be accessed online at https://worthcountyiowa.gov/board_of_supervisors/county_ordinances/ or at the County Auditor’s office.
