Ways to get assistance with paying your fares:
Silver Advantage tickets are free (register with a simple card application) to use for any medical reason within the Mercy Network or to providers that are not part of the Mercy Network but are not offered through the Mercy Network such as a dentist. You do need to be 60 or over to use these and you can't consider your residence a nursing home or assisted living facility.
Cancer tickets are also free and provided upon request at the Mercy Cancer Center. There is no age restriction on these tickets.
Waiver clients that have a case manager and transportation as part of their overall service plan may ride at no cost. We would need a notice of decision from your case manager to enable us to provide this service.
TMS is relatively new to NIACOG. It allows Medicaid eligible individuals, free transport. You need to call 866-572-7662 to register and make appointments. This will not work for same day appointment schedules. You need to provide 72 hours of advance notice to be served.
