Our Vision

It is our vision that Worth County, Iowa, remains one of the safest places to live and visit in the state of Iowa and in the nation and for the Worth County Sheriff's Office to be a leader in public safety. We achieve this through innovation, technology, and community partnerships. We strive to always move forward and to improve on all aspects of our duty's and our processes. We believe and support strong community policing and will achieve our vision through collaborative problem-solving.

Our Core Values

We, the men and women of the Worth County Sheriff's Office, pledge to infuse our core values in every aspect of our service to our community. Our three core values are:
