Joice Library Fire

On 09/21/2018 at 0259 hours the Worth County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a fire at the Joice Public Library at 201 Main Street. Emergency personnel arrived to find the unoccupied building engulfed in flame. The Worth County Sheriff’s office was assisted by Joice Fire, Hanlontown Fire, Fertile Fire, Lake Mills Fire, Lake Mills Ambulance, Forest City Fire, Worth County Emergency Management, and Alliant Energy.
